We love this resort! Been back 6 times. We are coming back in Sept 2011 for our wedding here. (September 13 Wedding Day)

There are many great reasons we keep returning, but thestaff is a main one. They are all wonderful!! Eidel has been excellent with us for organizinfg our wedding. To name some great staff, they all are, but standing out are Louis, Edgar, (lobby Bar) Danaye the Piano Player, Anna Bella from the pool bar, Vania, the Italian Restaurant.

Yanial and Ismary are awesome in rthe buffet, Edgar and all his workers that take care of the beautiful ponds, Tommy from the pool bar, Domingo, Orlando, Edwardo and Julian keeping the grounds top notch! Serguey from the pool bar,

I know the list is long, but they are all just wonderful people!! It is why we keep coming back :)

I love Cayo Guillermo! I wold recommend it to anyone! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was beyond friendly, the room was perfect, the beach gorgeous, the food amazing! I would like to send out a special warm thank you to Sandor at the front desk. He is wonderful at his job! Pleasant, funny and willing to do anything to make it happen! Felix, head of activities - what a great personality! Excellant with the guests and always had fun things planned! All of the dancers - AMAZING and friendly! Even the young man who cleaned the pond at the hotel gave me beautiful flowers for my hair on a daily basis. I could go on and on but again, thank you for the wonderful stay - I WILL be back! Thank you again to Amelia (pool bar) Luis (sports bar) Barbara (Beach Bar) Lierme, Alex, Michael, Giovanni, Anna-Maria, Felix, etc!
