For working conditions of the equipment, I have written bad not because of all of it, but because of the internet. We think that for a nice hotel like this one, a computer center that is efficient would be great when you need to keep in touch with your business or family even when on vacation. The one at the hotel is very bad.
As for the employees'ability to resolve problems and for courtesy of the staff, I think for some it was more than ok and for others it was between good and bad. But staff does not have to be friend with everybody and some tourist are sometimes not very nice with the staff so maybe the staff. The staff are not slaves as some tourist may think...

We have very much appreciated our stay at this hotel and would not hesite to go back if we went again to Varadero.

The hotel is very nice, the people working are very friendly oh and Taino buffet is varied and rich in flavor. The beach and pool the best, had a great time with my husband, was like a second honeymoon. The amount of vegetation on site is impressive and the people of the bars in the pool, beach and lobby are very attentive. It is a great hotel, we hope to return someday.
