Excelente el servicio de Princesa del Mar (Varadero). Pasamos una luna de miel soñada. Todo el personal está en los detalles mínimos. Especialmente Rigo, Luisa y Lidia... Saludos a ellos.

We had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The food was much better than I had expected, we used all of the restaurants and the service was very good in all of them. Usually I do not enjoy eating in buffet restaurants but I have to admit that this was the best one I have ever used and this was due to both the food and the staff. Our room maid Maria was very attentive and did a great job. My favourite place of all was the piano bar where we had a great time. The entertainers in there were great but especially the Huracanes (Orlando and Jesus). The staff in the Piano Bar were so happy and busy and made us laugh so much, so many thanks to Yuniel, Yusmila and Sandy.

My husband and I thoroughtly enjoyed our time in Cuba and found the Staff and services here fantastic...! From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the service of all the staff, and must praise highly or room maid Ana, the gardener Carlos, (who delivereda beautiful hibiscus flower to me over the balcony every morning), and Our restaurant reservation manager. We would certainly recommend this resort to all and look forward to returning to Cuba and one of your hotels in January 2012. Thank you so much for making our holiday so so wonderful xxx

nous venons de passer 11 jours dans la partie de l'hôtel "service royal": le personnel était fabuleux et le cadre somptueux.

Hemos estado en Abril del 2011 con un viaje organizado por la empresa, éramos 70 compañer@s, y le puedo decir a Alejandro Sanz, que YA HEMOS ENCONTRADO EL PARAISO!!!!. La gente encantadora, un beso muy grande a las chicas del 24 horas. Un servicio fenomenal, la gente estupenda, el director del hotel muy atento, los animador@s, la fiesta en la playa...etc. no terminaría nunca. Volveremos!!!
