We had a great time, the first two weeks of May 2011. Great resort, good food and beverages. Very nice and helpfull staff. And we mean everybody (i don't forget the nice garden-guys). El guitarrista Fofi era súper!!! It was also very easy in the Hotel to organize trips by plane, helicopter and taxi driver. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we certainly want to come back. In one word: Amazing!!!

I highly recommend the Paradisus, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Even the buffet was excellent, you won't be disappointed. I look forward to returning.

Absolutely wonderful resort. I had read reviews online so the grounds/food/facilities etc were as expected, however I was very suprised by the staff. They were curteous, friendly, welcoming - absolutely wonderful in every way. The live music was also beyond my expectations. Well done! Thank you for a very relaxing vacation. It's too bad that more guests don't participate in the extra activities.

This is the 4th occasion upon which we have stayed at this hotel and as usual it matched our expectations. We will return next year.

Just returned from a fabulous week at this resort. I did a lot of research before selecting this resort, emailed lots of people and read many reviews. I have been to several all inclusives resorts around the world and this one is absolutely, without question, the best, so much so we will be returning next year. The pictures on the resort website were perfectly what you see, there was no photo touch ups! The rooms & service excellent, facilties well maintained and food delicious. All the staff were friendly and professional, the maids were fabulous. The gernal manager, although we didn't speak to him personally, was everywhere, all the time (I swear he didn't sleep) he was very interested in the guests and tried to speak to as many guests as possible. The entertainment and activities were there if you wanted to partake in but otherwise they didn't interfer with your holiday and relaxation.This is one of the best vacations I have been on in many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my family & friends.
