Honeymoons

Is it possible to select the hour and date of the ceremony before traveling?

If you have already decided the date of the wedding ceremony, you must inform us at least one month in advance.

Can we contact the Wedding Coordinator?

Upon arrival, you will receive a notice indicating the hour of your meeting in the hotel with the Wedding Coordinator. This meeting unusually takes place on the day after your arrival, during which you will be able to discuss al the details of the ceremony, floral arrangements, etc. This meeting will also offer you the chance to go through all the documents and other last minute particulars.

Where will the wedding ceremony take place?

All of our hotels have a wedding gazebo (most are located near the beach). Nevertheless, it is possible to hold the ceremony in another location of your choice. The Wedding Coordinator will tour your around the possible locations and will help you select one which will meet your wishes. All the locations will be especially decorated for the occasion. In case of bad weather conditions, alternative locations will be made available.

Is it possible to choose the flowers and color of the floral arrangement?

Yes. The Wedding Coordinator will show you a catalogue with the different designs (cascade, arm, round, etc) offered by the supplier. Also, other floral arrangements are available for an additional charge as part of the Extra Services.

What about the color and design of the cake?

The Wedding Coordinator will show you the different cake designs and varieties available in each hotel so that you can choose the one that meets your needs. The size of the cake will depend on the number of guests attending the wedding reception.

Can we play our own music?

If you wish, you can bring a cd or audio cassette with your favourite songs or choose from the hotel’s broad music selection. You can also request for a professional company to edit your favourite song or the video of the ceremony. Clients can also choose live music (highly recommended) for an additional cost. This option is one of the offers of the Paradisus Hotels Free Wedding Package.
