Excellent holiday. Food very good, staff happy and helpful. Special thanks to Justo in Pool Bar and Anel in Lobby Bar for excellent service. Room maintained beautifully by our cleaner (although bathroom decor a little dated). We were only supposed to be with you for two days and then in Iberostar Varadero for 9 days. We transferred back as we much preferred Paradisus Resort. Facilities, food and general ambience much better!

Tuve la suerte de volver a pasar unos días allí,ya que el año pasado también fuimos,el hotel es excelenteeee! pero el personal...increible! me llevo los mejores recuerdos y todo el amor de la gente hermosa de Cuba! gracias! volveré!!!!!

no puedo dejar de felicitarlos, quizas no tanto por el hotel, que es precioso, sino por la calidad humana de todo el personal que ahi trabaja, no puedo dejar de mencionar a:Noersy, Jazmani y Magaly de comedores; Yordanka de cocina; Wladimir del bar que esta abierto toda la noche; Montenegro y compañero que anda en los jardines; camarera de la habitacion 1926, 2112 y Adriana camarera de las 2016 y 2017; Jorge Luis que nos reparo el aire acondicionado; Abel y Lester en la animacion fueron fantasticos y Justo que es encantador, el nos atendio en el bar de la piscina, la verdad si me he equivocado en la distribucion de labores, disculpenme, fuimos a pasar unos dias alla, eramos 9 chilenos, gracias muchas gracias por todo, porque uno paga el servicio que ustedes ofrecen pero no la calidez, buena suerte, y hasta pronto si Dios asi lo quiere

My wife and I, with our daughter and her family, have stayed at the Paradisus Varadero in 2007, 2010 and 2011 for a total of 56 nights to date. We will return in 2012. This is a wonderful hotel. The Royal Service section is truly royal. It is managed by Dayamis Logilde. She and her staff do a wonderful job looking after all their guests. It is the nicest Caribbean hotel of all the ones we have visited.

It is wonderful place. It is real paradise. I was there three times and I know that i'll come back once again! I want to say 'thank you' to all people, who works in this hotel. My rest here was amazing! Especially thanks to people from entertainment and to musicians ('Con Clave'). They have created a very friendly and peaceful atmosphere in this hotel. I feel myself here like at home!
