MIS FELICITACIONES POR TAN EXCELENTE PERSONAL EN EL SOL PELICANO CAYO LARGO, lo que por otro lado se hizo muy notoria la diferencia en atencion cuando fuimos al Sol Palmeras en Vardero, deben mejorar lel recibimiento y ubicacion de los recie llegados clientes, fue una situacion muy incomoda porque no sabiamos que hacer, teniamos que buscar a la deriva nuestra habitacion con nuestro equipaje a cuestas, y totalmente desinformados, espero puedan mejorar esta situacion tan desagaradable, gracias, y hasta la proxima. Unoas days come to pass in the hotel, excellent service, especially people of animation that makes the stay is pleasant and enjoyable.
