Couples traveling to Cuba to celebrate their marriage ceremony will now have a new option. Sol Meliá is launching this year a corporate program so that its hotels in Havana and Santiago de Cuba can also attract the weddings segment of the market. City Weddings, especially designed to make the dreams and fantasies of couples a reality as they enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. Those who choose to host their wedding ceremony in any of the following hotels: Meliá Cohiba , Meliá Habana , Tryp Habana Libre or Meliá Santiago de Cuba will benefit from a selection of 21 services offered by our City Weddings program such as: notary service, marriage certificate, legalization of documents and a personal wedding coordinator to take care of all the details of the ceremony, including facilities for ensuring an exceptional honeymoon. Special bridal room, wedding cake and bottles of sparkling wine for the toast, discounts at restaurants in the hotel, free admission to night clubs, sauna included, 20 minute massage for the bridal couple, private check in and late check-out are some additional features of our City Weddings Program. Until recently, our wedding programs were available exclusively in Sol Meliá Cuba beach hotels. However, with this new proposal, they will be extended to properties located in the cities of Havana and Santiago de Cuba. The infrastructure created by Sol Meliá Cuba for the celebration of wedding ceremonies includes a selection of the best 18 Paradisus, Meliá, Sol and Tryp brand hotels in the major tourist destinations in the largest island of the Caribbean.
