Canadian golf professionals will offer free lessons to clients staying at the Meliá Las Americas Hotel in Varadero, which represents an important added value for this stunning property located in one of the main tourist resorts in the country.
Meliá Las Americas seeks to consolidate its position as leader of this segment of the market, with the inception of attractive and novel programs such as Golf Clinics geared at improving the position of the player's hands while holding the golf club; posture and position; clinics for short games (chipping, putting), swings; reasons for avoiding "slices" and "hooks"; different ways to hit the ball with greater or lesser trajectory and golf etiquette.
The first Golf Clinic will open November 17-22, offered by John Watson and Tim Sewter (CPGA, Ottawa), followed by a second golf clinic beginning December 28 through January11, organized by Joe Booth (CPGA, Ottawa) and finally a third from January 12 through 26th, with the participation of Jean-Marc Ladouceur (CPGA, Quebec).
Meliá Las Americas, for adults over 18, is the only hotel with direct access to the Varadero golf course recommended by the European Association of Golf Professionals.
