Meliá Las Americas is the leader of the golf segment in Cuba and accounts for 46.4% of the rounds played in the 18-hole Varadero golf course during the past year.
Thus, the hotel conceived for adults over 18 years of age, consolidates its position as a leading specialist in this demanding segment. Canada heads the list of its principal golf markets, followed by Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The eight hotels operated by Sol Meliá Cuba in beautiful Varadero Beach, where conditions are continuously created to enhance and stimulate the stay of golf enthusiasts, accounted for 55.6% of last year's golf rounds.
