Last December 2nd, the Meliá Cayo Santa Maria Hotel reopened for adults over 16 years. Meliá Cayo Santa Maria, a Five- Star All- Inclusive hotel with 358 rooms, began to operate in the winter of 2007 only for adults over 18 years. For little over two months, the hotel closed its facilities for repairs and maintenance work in its central kitchen. Shortly Meliá Cayo Santa Maria will open two new specialized restaurants, one Japanese and one romantic, thus increasing the culinary options of guests.
