Sol Rio de Luna y Mares reopens December 21st

2008-12-17
The hotel complex Sol Rio de Luna y Mares Resort, in Holguín province, reopened it doors on December 21st with a more competitive and attractive product.
After undergoing a process of renovations in the Rio de Luna Section, the hotel currently exhibits a new image, in keeping with the expectations of guests.
Among the novelties are the new buffet restaurant, with show cooking, delicious French cuisine and capacity for 50 guests, completely equipped with the lasted equipment and artistically decorated. Now clients can choose from seven restaurants: five à la carte and two buffet.
The hotel infrastructure was also refurbished as well as the decoration of the rooms. These transformations are part of an on-going process which began last year in the de Rio de Mares Section.
Sol Rio de Luna y Mares Resort is an All-Inclusive 4-star hotel with 464 comfortable rooms and terrace offering garden or ocean view. The property stands in a privileged natural setting, facing the fabulous coralline barrier in Playa Esmeralda, Holguin province, with extensive green areas and a wide offer of services and entertainment.
Ideal for a fun-packed family vacation by the ocean, Sol Rio de Luna y Mares is owned by the Gaviota Tourist Group and operated by Sol Meliá Cuba Division. Starting next year, the property will form part of the Sol Meliá Cuba Weddings and Honeymoons Portfolio.
