Last March , auditors from Lloyd's Register and the National Standardization Office of Cuba conducted a thorough inspection of the procedures in place in the accommodation area of the property.
According to Alvar Ojeda, General Manager of the Tryp Peninsula Hotel, the revision addressed a wide range of reports, registers, physical inspections of the grounds and accommodation areas.
Following an in-depth analysis, it was decided that the hotel complies with existing ISO 9001-2000 accommodation standards.
