Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique du MCC toujours souriants et un service impeccable. La nourriture et le service sont excellents que se soit au buffet ou au restaurant a la carte. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus, les chambres sont propres. Le bar El Mirador nous offre un choix de boissons variés avec un personnel exceptionnel qui parle Français. Pour ce qui est de l'animation bravo a toute l'équipe. Un merci spécial au directeur Jesus qui fait de cet hotel avec les changements qu'il a fait en 2017 que les clients se sentent comme au paradis.

Always ready to help you and make sure you have a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the wonderful Gippsy. So that is why will be back for a fouth time in June 2016. Do not hesitate you will love everything about this place.

We really enjoyed this quiet, peaceful resort with beautiful beach. We stayed in a Lagoon room and it was large, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the creativity of both our maid Iyoleisis and our night maid Leyanis. We enjoyed breakfast on the Lagoon Las Caletas where we very much appreciated Geldy, Vivian and Jaon. The staff through out the resort are excellent.

Estuvimos en Mayo de 2014 en Cuba 13 noches, de las cuales las primeras 7 fue en Cayo Coco. Luego fuimos a Varadero, 6 noches, a un hotel de otra cadena y del mismo nivel.
Les puedo garantizar, que este hotel es de lo mejor, la atención del personal es inigualable a otros hoteles (de la misma cadena o de otra). Es posible que a nivel edilicio haya mejores, pero con el edificio solo no alcanza para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Incluyo al personal desde el Jardinero hasta las profesionales medicas. Cada dependiente del hotel esta pendiente del turista. Se preocupan por conocer que actividades uno prefiere (todo es diversión) y te vienen a buscar, enseguida recuerdan tu nombre; que bebida preferís o como la tomas (Café doble Expreso, Piña Colada pero sin alcohol), que comida preferís y como te gusta que la condimenten (el atún a la plancha con aceite de oliva y ajo..... un espectáculo y las paellas en el ranchón de la playa, ni hablar) Si alguien me pregunta si volvería, la respuesta es:
SI, SI, SI, SI, y SI.

The hotel was clean and the service was fantastic....I will recommend this resort to all my family and friends and I will foresure go back next year....The only thing missing in Cayo Coco is golf....someone should think of building a golf course.
Thanks to the amazing medical girls for helping me with my injury ..... I was looked after so great... thanks for making our valentines one we will never forget.
